As well as our regular hygiene and health and safety standards we will be implementing the following:
Full training for all our staff on essential hygiene, physically distancing and risks in a COVID-19 workplace.
Our front of house staff will continue to wear masks.
Temperature checks for all staff before each shift and regular hand washing every 20 minutes.
The bistro has been adapted to facilitate safe physical distancing with all tables at least 1 meter
apart and limiting the amount of staff that attend each table.
We will leave each table vacant for 10 minutes after each customer leaves to clean and disinfect in order to be ready for the next guests.
Deep clean of the restaurant and the kitchen at the start of every day.
We ask all customers to use the sanitiser at the entrance when they enter or leave the bistro.
Toilets will be limited to one at a time and please use the hand sanitiser provided.
We ask all customers to refrain from visiting if you are showing any symptoms of COVID-19.
All condiments will be given on request in single use sachets.
